What we know

RMSBO is a long-running volunteer 501(c)(3) affiliated with the Roselle Park District area.
In-house divisions commonly share fields / schedules with neighboring towns (Bloomingdale BBSA, Carol Stream intervillage rules).
Published intervillage / RMBA-style rule books used in this corridor have allowed USA Baseball, USSSA / BPF 1.15, or wood, with barrel caps (e.g. 2¼″ at younger ages, larger barrels at older). Treat that as a pattern — not a permanent bylaw.
Older house / CSYBA-linked play for some DuPage towns may allow both USA and USSSA (see CSYBA).

Parent checklist

Ask your coach which stamp is legal for your division this season.
Check barrel diameter and drop limits in the division PDF.
Travel / tournament weekends follow the event rules (often USSSA or PG), not house rules.

Confirm with RMSBO: We do not invent local bylaws. Rules PDFs change. Email your division director or check the current season packet on rmsbo.org before buying.
