Effective October 23, 2026 · CheckMyBat.com · Operated by John Corley, Bloomingdale, IL
Informational only
CheckMyBat provides general information about youth baseball and softball bat rules, gear sizing, tournaments, and free outdoor batting cages. It is not legal advice, a certification service, or an official league publication. Always confirm bat stamps, drops, and facility hours with your coach, league, tournament director, or park district before game day.
No affiliation
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partners of Little League®, USA Baseball, USSSA, Perfect Game, PONY, Babe Ruth League / Cal Ripken, NFHS, DICK’S Sporting Goods, Amazon, Louisville, Rawlings, Easton, Marucci, DeMarini, or any other league, tournament, manufacturer, or retailer named on the site — except where we participate in a standard affiliate program (see affiliate disclosure).
Accuracy & changes
Rules, prices, stock, and park access change. We work to keep pages current, but content may be incomplete or out of date. Product prices and availability on retailer sites can change without notice. Use the site at your own risk.
User submissions
If you submit a cage tip or contact message, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use the non-personal content (park name, address, hours, amenities, description) to operate and improve the directory. Optional personal contact details are not published. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
Affiliate links & third-party sites
Outbound links to retailers and other sites are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave CheckMyBat. Commissions from affiliate purchases do not change our legality guidance.
Intellectual property
Site design, original copy, and CheckMyBat branding are owned by John Corley / CheckMyBat unless otherwise noted. Product photos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial commentary.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CheckMyBat and John Corley are not liable for decisions made based on this site (including bat purchases, tournament entry, or use of public parks and cages). Facilities and sports involve inherent risk — follow posted rules and common sense.
