Local / regional “World Series” weekends

Many metros run end-of-season weekends branded “World Series,” “Nationals,” or “Invitational.” The name does not dictate bat rules — the host / sanction does.

Quick routing

Perfect Game World Series / Natty: use Perfect Game tournament rules.
USSSA Elite World Series / Super NIT: use USSSA tournaments (often tighter than regular weekends).
Park / league “World Series”: follow that league’s stamp page (e.g. Little League, MBL, Chicagoland).

Do not assume: A flyer that says World Series is not automatically BBCOR or USSSA. Read the host rules.

Barrel size by age Host-dependent

Maximum barrel diameter (inches) commonly published for this program. Length and drop limits are separate — check the notes.

Age / division	Max barrel	Notes
PG / USSSA nationals	See org page	Often tighter than regular weekends
Local branded WS	Host stamp family	Ask TD

Route by host, not by the words “World Series.”

Confirm with your event: Exact barrel caps can differ by weekend, age group, and director PDF.

Rules change. Always confirm with your tournament director before game day.
